Updates for start of data taking in 2024

Includes:

Updates to unpack 2nd digitizer from raw data
Updates to ECal identifier definition file to properly recognize PMT ID
Updates to allow reco of 2nd digitizer readout
Updated version of faser-common to enable reading compressed data
Refactorized calo reconstruction to make adding 2nd set of calo channels easier
Updated ntuple making to save 2nd calo channels
