Moving from fork to main repos

Jens Noerby Kristensen requested to merge ep-dt-di/daq/faser-daq:daqling-v1 into daqling-v1

converted back to catching exceptions from sudmodules. Also issues, which were derived from a basetype from a submodule has been converted to exception.
