Handle no weights in input file's name

Benjamin Krikler requested to merge BK_no_weights_in_name into master

Since fast-carpenter MR 40 (fast-carpenter!40 (merged)) will remove weight descriptions from the file names, this change helps handle things. It's a pretty superficial change, since we didn't actually depend much on the filename anyway, but can be helpful. At this point, I'm also (somewhat arbitrarily) bumping the minor version number of the project.
