Delayed signal

Heinrich Schindler requested to merge delayed-signal into master
  • Add the necessary functions for handling delayed weighting fields to ComponentUser.
  • Bug fix in calculation of delayed signals in Sensor (thanks to Jan Hasenbichler for finding the bug!).
  • Store delayed signal components in separate containers in Sensor and add options to plot them in ViewSignal.
