Heinrich Schindler requested to merge trapping-lifetime into master

If trapping is specified in terms of a lifetime τ, MediumSilicon calculates the attachment coefficient η using &eta = 1 / (τ v), where v is the drift velocity. This causes problems at low electric fields where diffusion dominates. To correct for this, AvalancheMC in these cases now rescales the attachment coefficient by the "effective" velocity over a drift line segment.
