Heinrich Schindler requested to merge hole into master
  • Add "hole" (box with a conical /cylindrical cutout) as a new type of Solid (translated from Fortran Garfield).
  • Adapt ViewGeometry accordingly.
  • Remove function GetDimensions (superseded by GetHalfLengthX, GetInnerRadius, etc.).
