  • Distribute secondary holes (electrons) create by an electron (hole) avalanche exponentially along the drift line segment.
  • Halve the step size if speed or Townsend coefficient change significantly over a drift line segment.
  • Switch back to projected path integration.
  • Without attachment present, draw the avalanche size directly from a Yule-Furry distribution.
