ComponentFieldMap Tidy-Up

  • Move functions ElectricField, WeightingField, WeightingPotential, GetMedium from ComponentAnsys123, ComponentAnsys121, ComponentComsol, ComponentElmer, ComponentElmer2d to ComponentFieldMap to avoid code duplication.
  • Rename ComponentElmer2D to ComponentElmer2d.
