Heinrich Schindler requested to merge bichsel into master

Rewrite of TrackBichsel class. Instead of interpolating in precomputed tables of inverse mean free paths and cumulative energy loss distribution for specific values of βγ, compute the differential cross-section using Bichsel's algorithm and GOS data.
