Upgrade to latest version of Magboltz (11.9).

  • Replace Magboltz 11.7 by 11.9.
  • Add new gas introduced in Magboltz 11.9 (ortho deuterium) to the lookup tables.
  • By default, let Magboltz choose the upper integration energy limit automatically when generating gas tables.
  • Update documentation.
