Re-write of the methods for computing prompt and delayed induced current

• Add methods in Sensor to compute the induced current for a given drift line in one go.
• Use separate methods for the calculation based on the weighting potential and on the weighting field.
• Add function in Component to retrieve the delayed signal times for each "electrode".
• Add function in Component to retrieve the delayed weighting potentials at a given space point in one go.
