neBEM: Further fixes for importing a pre-computed solution from file

  • Don't reset neBEMState when reading the inverted influence matrix if we are already past state 7.
  • Read in PrimSoln.out when importing the solution.
  • Parse Primitive*.out to retrieve the direction cosines.
