Attachment in AvalancheMC

Heinrich Schindler requested to merge attachment into master
  • If attachment is enabled, but only a single drift line (as opposed to an avalanche) is simulated, check for attachment at every step, instead of doing it after the entire drift line has been simulated.
  • If attachment is disabled, don't use it in the avalanche simulation.
