Attachment in diffusion-dominated regions

  • If attachment is defined in terms of a trapping time, return the rate, with a negative sign. Adapt AvalancheMC and DriftLineRKF accordingly.
  • Simulate attachment also in the diffusion-dominated regime (AvalancheMC).
