  • Add function to determine the multipole moments of a wire up to a given order (translated from Garfield subroutine EFMWIR). Translated Garfield subroutine LSQFIT (least-squares minimization), CERNLIB routine dinv (matrix inversion), and evaluation of Legendre polynomials.
