Heinrich Schindler requested to merge viewers into master

Fix determination of x-axis and y-axis limits for 2D field and drift line plots. If the limits have not been set explicitly, try to determine them first from the user area/bounding box (if defined), then from the bounding box of the sensor/component or (in case of drift line plots) from the extent of the drift lines themselves.
