Merge branch 'dev/gdb_hook' into 'hive'

Dev/gdb hook to hive

add a command line option ("--gdb") and internal hook to attach gdb to currently running process.

also a test to see if i can do a merge request to both gaudi:master and gaudi:hive from the same branch
