Called IntelProfile, it replaces/complements the IntelProfilerAuditor that is not usable in a threaded context (it relies on Incicdents).
It allows to start and stop the intel profiling at given events.

Tweaking the code and configuration to make it possible to compile the code on linux with only ROOT, Boost and TBB available.

flagged those include directories as "-system".
