Misc. Sanitiser improvements

Previously I intentionally made one of the ubsan suppressions gcc version specific, in the hope a newer release would resolve it. This seems not the case, so now instead of explicitly adding another for gcc 9.2.0, make the suppression version independent.

@clemenci (or anyone else who can) could we please add the lhcb-sanitizers label to this MR, so can I test it in that slot in the LHCb nightlies ?
