Workaround for IJobOptionsSvc deprecation warning in tests

There are two failing tests in the pipelines due to the recently deprecated IJobOptionsSvc methods. A proper fix is not straightforward so until we have it, the test failures are worked around by ignoring the entire stderr.

@leggett merging this would fix the failing pipelines. No particular testing for LHCb is required
