Remove deprecation warnings on old IJobOptionsSvc

The warnings are referring to the wrong versions (not matching the current plan). Moreover, the plan to actually drop IJobOptionsSvc has to be discussed with ATLAS, for the long term maintenance of their custom IJobOptionsSvc implementations.
