Do not add LbEnv to the path

Marco Clemencic requested to merge clemenci/Gaudi:fix-for-lhcb-environment into master

A recent change in LHCb user environment is causing troubles in some compilations. This if as good as a workaround as it can get. In any case it will not be needed after !986 (merged).
