Added a cardinality setting for AtlasMCRecoScenario

AtlasMCRecoScenario is a useful test for "realistic" GaudiHive/AthenaMT performance, but in high Nthreads tests it is limited by algorithm cardinality. Added an option to set this value, rather than using the default.
