genconf: remove NaN warning

Remove the warning message for configurable default property values of NaN as this may well be a valid use-case.

ATLAS reference: https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLTAU-1788 where NaN is used to enable/disable cuts in a tool configuration.
