Handle properly histograms in MessageSvcSink

Sebastien Ponce requested to merge sponce_histosInMessageSvcSink into master

So far that check for histogram type was wrong and thus no histogram was logged through the message service. From now on, each histo will have a counter like entry indicating its numbe rof entries
