Fixes to support builds on ARM processors

Minor changes to fix compilation on ARM

• disable Google heapchecker test
• do not use VectorClass instrset_detect.cpp (it only supports x86-64)

The change for VectorClass makes System::instructionsetLevel() return -1 on ARM.
