Make sure that gaudi_add_pytest can locate the pytest command

One of the early adopters of the gaudi_add_pytest feature (!1440 (merged)) noticed I missed something, see Gaussino/Gaussino!132 (comment 6661299)

@mimazure, can you check this fixes your problem?
