Fire ContextIncident 'CONNECTED_NTUPLE_OUTPUT' when opening a ntuple file in RFileCnv

Make RootCnv and NTupleSvc a bit more symmetric.

This is needed by lhcb/DaVinci!937 (merged)

It is my understanding that we use RootHistCnv::PersSvc in DaVinci to write outputfiles containing trees and that outputfiles containing histograms are handled by another service. What about changing the printout at !1478 (diffs) for the sake of clarity?
