Remove FindTBB.cmake

Clean up, follow up of !1495 (merged). Tested with TBB 2020.3 and oneTBB 2021.10. Maybe the minimum required version of TBB needs to be changed in cmake/GaudiDependencies.cmake since it's quite an old one.
