Migrate remaining nosetests

• rename nose directories to pytest where tests already ran with pytest
• migrate few remaining nosetests dependencies to pytest
• remove support for nosetests in gaudi_add_tests (now in !1520 (merged))

As I was expecting, I cannot remove nosetests support yet (I have to adapt a few uses in LHCb first).

We can either split this MR in 2 (first updates of the tests and deprecation of nosetests, then removal of nosetests) or we just schedule it for %v38r0.
