remove obsolete GaudiCommon::context()
The context()
function in GaudiCommon dates back from before the ability to configure using python -- and was a way to coherently change the behavior of algorithms. At this point, that functionality has been superseded for more than a decade, and is no longer used (in LHCb). So it is time to remove it all together to avoid any (ab)use of it.

I would suggest you migrate this MR to the copy of GaudiAlg in LHCb. The copy in Gaudi is not built by default since v38r0 and it will be removed soon.
Moreover that will allow you to drop
GaudiCommon::context()
from the master branch of LHCb while keeping it in run2-patches where I believe it is still needed.this was done as lhcb/LHCb!4457 (merged) -- closing this MR.
