Add option to dump data dependencies as .dot or .md files

As discussed in atlas/athena!69566 (closed) this adds a functionality that dump the data dependencies of the algorithms and produces a graph (.md or .dot extension).

Also added flags for allowing the user to select only specific algorithms and/or collections
