Make NTupleName a property of the NTupleWriter

Silia Taider requested to merge staider/Gaudi:NTupleWriter-TreeName into master

We currently cannot have multiple instances of the NTupleWriter writing to the same file because the tree produced has a fixed name so:

  • Made the ntuple name a property
  • It has a default value: the algorithm name -> so that it's unique to each instance
