WIP: concept: add pythonic datahandles to configurable

Niklas Stefan Nolte requested to merge nnolte/Gaudi:NN_addHandlesToConfigurable into master

This is just an example of how we could automate datadependencies a bit more..
It is by no means a final prototype, just might want to refer to it in the future.
The ugly syntax in the example can soon be changed to something like:
ii2ff.InputLocation1 = idp.OutputLocation, as soon as we can (in python) distinguish input and output properties from other ones.

Not for merge..
