Refactor repository

Anthony Correia requested to merge anthonyc/lets_track_find_these_electrons into main

I think this repository is not a state where it could be shared efficiently with others. I suppose that some people are gonna look at our repository after the WP2 reconstruction meeting and the CTD and I really don't want people to see how ugly it is! 😄

  • Rename anthonyc/lets_track_find_electrons branch to dev
  • Remove unnecessary files (Monitoring, ...)
  • Write a guide to set up this repository, with test samples
  • Refactor the directory structure in LHCb_Pipeline. There are too many folders there
  • Move triplet building out of triplet_interaction_gnn.py
  • Add docstrings to functions, modules and scripts
  • Improve the documentation website
  • If time, evaluate networks, be able to generate plots from the command line, that is, in a more robust and systematic manner than with jupyter Notebooks.
