Rel24 samples

Update to run on Rel24 samples.

• setup things to be able to use xrootd, to avoid downloading locally TB of data and run on local grid area.
• increase a bit the tolerance on n_shared_edges, since on some events I was getting ~55 and the threshold was set to 50.

@scaillou and @dmurnane, this MR correspond to the change made to run on Rel24 samples, mainly:

• Be able to read dump root file with xrootd protocol
• Be able to read the module map from root file and not form a txt file

I would appreciate if you could have a look to review these changes

As a record for the future, please update the MR description by adding what has been changed in Rel24 samples in terms of data structures and why codes need to be updated to read the new samples.

Hello, I've made the fixes to avoid the potential missing key errors, remove the cpu_environement conda file + resynch with dev. From my point of view, this is good to be merged, please have a look to approve the MR
