Include full pipeline in CI/CD

This MR contains all the changes needed to:

• Run the pipeline stage (i.e. arbitrary number of inference stages)
• Run CI/CD with the CTD2023 example, with hard cuts (since the Gitlab runner CPU cannot handle the full events)

It should be merged after !120 (merged), since that allows the hard cut system in module map.

Any news here? How this MR reconciles with !126 ?

The latest version of the inference pipeline is in jay_fix_gnn_filter_AL_inference branch. I think we need to merge this one before adding tests.
