Resolve "Training and inference performance results are different on the validation dataset"

Closes #93 (closed). The issue can be solved by bumping up the lightning version.

Also add constraints for uproot. Uproot >= 5.3.2 raises the error 'STLVector' object has no attribute '_vector'.
