Walkthrough + CC, and track efficiency metric improvements

  1. Add possibility to run CC on true graph (to debug the algo)
  2. Add proper fiducial selection on particles o have correct denominator for trakcing efficiency
  3. Add possibility to plot efficiency vs eta as well
