Update in the Run table

Pedro Vieira De Castro Ferreira Da Silva requested to merge dev/nano_runtable into master

Store in addition a table which maps each type code to the corresponding entry in the FEDReadout table This way the NANO is self describing. To be merged after !14 (merged)
