Clean test_raw2reco.py:

passthroughMode → bePassthroughMode to fix error message (was renamed in plugin by https://github.com/CMS-HGCAL/cmssw/pull/126).
configSource='' (may need https://github.com/CMS-HGCAL/cmssw/pull/127).
Implement dqmOnly.
By default, take as trigger input the same as input file, but replace _LinkX_ to _Link0_ in filename.
Clean comments.
