  • Add flags to metadata in case it was not possible to synchronize FED data with trigger block
  • Pedestals: compute CM2, CM4 and CMall. It looks like in LD modules ECON-D can do CM2 (what we have been using by default by summing two channels in the same e-Rx) but in HD modules this is not possible and only CM4 can be used.
  • ECON-D: add a slightly modified version of Cristina Suarez's script to derived ECON-D ZS parameters starting from a JSON of pedestals
  • MIP: modified slightly the fitting function such that the convolution is not done with a gaussian with loc!=0
