Trigger unpacking dev

Hi, I'm creating this MR to include the latest developments in the branch corresponding to issue #6. Not everything is ready yet, but I think this part can already be reviewed and then we will continue working directly in the correct branch.

What's included in this MR:

  • all new classes and modifications needed for RAW->DIGI->DQM chain for Trigger data
  • structures for Trigger DIGIs
  • a mechanism to handle different unpacking scenarios
  • dummy indexer for the Trigger
  • some basic 1D and 2D DQM plots for Silicon Trigger
  • all related build files and class definitions.

What still needs to be done:

  • re-implementing the Indexer in a smarter, configurable way (also consistent with the DAQ Indexer)
  • extending the Indexer to handle SiPMs
  • adding SiMP plots in DQM
