Requested by @lurda: remove the infobox for boundary traces (red lines), which appear when hovering close to them, making it difficult/impossible to get the channel infobox.

This PR also adds to DQM/data JSONs that contain the plotly templates for wafers, which are loaded to speed up creating wafer plots.
