Update pipeline to CMSSW_15_0_0_pre1

Update .gitlab-ci.yml file to CMSSW_15_0_0_pre1 so it runs with latest ywkao:hgcal-dqm_with_th2poly-13_2_X (PR #41932 to CMSSW), needed for TH2Poly in the DQM code.
