New HBSM sec here macros/macros_nicola/theory/ and corresponding limit plots

Nicola Orlando requested to merge hbsm_theory_update_1 into master

Added cross section text files for ttH(bb) and ttA(bb) 2HDM type 1 and 2 and updated macros_nicola/ version of DumpLimits.py script to include ttH/Abb plots.
