Validation region implementation into master

Tal Roelof Van Daalen requested to merge br_ValidnRegions into master

Added features:

  • validation regions
  • reduced reconstructed VLQ mass 2 (redm2)
  • HT filtering for ttbar syst samples
  • final choice of boosted object taggers
  • python script to make Regions_dictionary (MakeRegionsDictionary.py)
  • added option to PrepareConfigFilesFromTemplate.py macro to choose whether to include VRs or not
