include session name in contribution title

Add indico session name in the contribution title: this helps to identify contributions which are part of sessions, and in which the session name contains relevant information would be lost otherwise (see e.g. this indico: https://indico.cern.ch/event/1311705) A cleaner solution would be to add one more level of bullet lists to represent sessions, but this would entail more complex code changes.
