First stable release to be used as a base for future developments. It aims at providing sane tooling and documentation as well as minimal data-taking features.

On the tooling and documentation side:

* Coding style
  * WebKit formatting style conversion done
  * Doxygen comments  fixed
  * All modules follow the standard naming convention
* Fully functional build system
  * Including local documentation build
* Documentation on how to build and start the applications

On the data-taking feature side:

* Detector cold start procedure implemented
  * Including default GBTx configuration for GE1/1
* Complete VFAT configuration from files stored on the back-end board
* Latency scan with calibration pulses
* Very preliminary version of monitoring suite
