Implemented bug fix for duplicate AEOTs (ATLASRECTS-4361)

Certain muon tracks were getting duplicate AEOTs because
of the fact that the hole recovery procedure was calling
the makeAEOTs method multiple times. This commit adds a
check to skip AEOTs already present on track when adding
AEOTs in the makeAEOTs method.
